Suitable for both one-to-one and group contexts, this activity is designed to assist participants with developing a career exploration and job search strategy that leverages their strengths and compensates for their blind spots. The exercise is simple and easy to execute but individuals will walk away having explored a wide range of job search strategies that align with each preference as well as tips and techniques for expanding their career search approach.

Objective: To help participants choose career search strategies that capitalize on what they typically enjoy doing as well as compensate for what they dislike doing.
