Transforming Feedback
SKU: 4127EFIf you're looking for ways to help others improve their professional interactions, start by addressing a skill set that is crucial for professional success—giving and receiving feedback. This activity is designed to draw on type MBTI ® type knowledge to enhance the feedback exchange. Participants will work in groups of three and will address real-world situations—either in their work or personal lives—that require them to give feedback. Through the small group process, participants will emerge with increased awareness as well as a strategy for preparing effective feedback.
Objective: To help participants understand the role of type in giving and receiving feedback and to learn a method for feedback preparation.
Time Frame: 60 minutes
